Lexington Mini-Storage here, and it's that time of the year when the leaves are falling, you wake up to crisp morning air, and your kids are planning their Halloween costumes. It's a great time to get the family together to do some easy craft projects. Here are a few you might enjoy:

Don't quite want to get into the messiness of a pumpkin but still want to be festive for Halloween? Make pumpkin designs using a potato. 

Love the fall leaves, but don't know what to do with all of the leaves your kids have collected? Make a leaf-owl that expertly camouflages with any tree. (find instructions here)

Here's another great project to do with found fall items like leaves and acorns.

It seems that the Kentucky oaks have produced a lot of acorns this year. Consider making a festive wreath out of them!
